Refund & Returns Policy

At Lumitez, we want you to love your wallet. Every Lumitez wallet is crafted from genuine leather and built to carry for years. If something isn’t right, we make returns simple.

30-Day Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In its original condition — unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  • Free of scratches, scuffs, ink marks, odors, or signs of everyday carry.
  • Returned with all original packaging, inserts, and any included accessories.

Items that show signs of use, have been personalized or engraved, or are returned without original packaging may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Please Note: AirTags Are Sold Separately

Lumitez wallets feature a built-in slot designed to fit an AirTag (sold separately). Our wallets do not include an AirTag, and we do not accept returns of AirTags or any third-party tracking device. Apple, AirTag, and Find My are trademarks of Apple Inc. Lumitez is an independent brand and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will reply within 1 business day with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back to us using the instructions provided.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us — returns received without prior authorization may be delayed.

Who Pays for Return Shipping

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Lumitez covers return shipping. We will send you a prepaid return label.
  • Change of mind or other reasons: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Lumitez is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Want a different color or style? The fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. If you received a defective or damaged item and want the same product replaced, email us at {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} and we’ll arrange a free replacement.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a free replacement or full refund — no need to ship the item back unless we ask.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to stop it before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled as a standard return.
