Shipping Policy

Lumitez ships from our warehouse in the United States. We pride ourselves on fast, reliable, fully tracked delivery so your wallet arrives quickly and in perfect condition.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories (APO/FPO addresses included). At this time we do not ship internationally. If you’d like us to ship to your country in the future, let us know at {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}.

Order Processing & Handling

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Once your order is placed, our team prepares and ships it within 1–2 business days (handling time). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times

After handling, your order ships from our US warehouse with an estimated 2–3 business day transit time. In total, most US customers receive their order within 3–5 business days of placing it.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods, or remote delivery locations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly displayed and applied at checkout — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no hidden fees.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking details to update with the carrier. If you don’t see your tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your package, please check with members of your household and neighbors, and allow 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages early. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it. For packages confirmed lost in transit, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Lumitez is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email us within 12 hours of ordering at {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} and we’ll try to correct it before shipment.
