Método 1: mide un cinto que ya te queda (el más preciso)
- Toma el cinto que más usas y que te cierra cómodo.
- Extiéndelo sobre una mesa, sin estirarlo.
- Mide desde el doblez donde muere la hebilla hasta el agujero que usas siempre (lo reconoces porque está marcado).
- Ese número, en pulgadas, es tu talla. Si te da en centímetros, divide entre 2.54 o usa la tabla de abajo.
Este método le gana a todos porque mide la realidad: tu cuerpo más tu forma de fajarte.
Método 2: talla de pantalón más 2 pulgadas (el más rápido)
Si tu pantalón es talla 32, tu cinto es 34. Si es 36, tu cinto es 38. Simple.
La advertencia honesta: muchas marcas de pantalón usan tallas de cortesía, y ese 32 puede medir 34 reales. Si tus pantalones son de marcas americanas casuales, considera que la regla se puede quedar corta una talla. Ante la duda, usa el método 1.
Método 3: cinta métrica sobre el pantalón puesto
- Ponte el pantalón donde usarás el cinto, con todo dentro (camisa fajada si así lo usas).
