Welcome to Lumitez. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lumitez.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make from {{LEGAL_NAME}} (“Lumitez,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products, colors, and materials as accurately as possible. Because leather is a natural material, slight variations in grain, color, and texture are normal and are not defects. Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary slightly. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

AirTag compatibility: Lumitez wallets include a slot designed to fit an AirTag (sold separately) so your wallet works with Apple’s Find My network. AirTags are not included with any Lumitez product. Apple, AirTag, and Find My are trademarks of Apple Inc. Lumitez is an independent company and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc. Find My functionality is provided by Apple and requires a compatible AirTag and Apple device.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). The total price, including any applicable taxes and shipping, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order — there are no hidden fees. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even after the order is confirmed. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we ship the order.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Site’s operation, using it for unlawful purposes, or scraping or copying content without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Lumitez name, logo, designs, text, graphics, and images — is owned by or licensed to {{LEGAL_NAME}} and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, including Apple, AirTag, and Find My, are the property of their respective owners.

8. Warranty & Disclaimer

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our wallets. Beyond any limited warranty we may offer and any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, {{LEGAL_NAME}} will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
